We do not currently send unsolicited marketing messages or operate a newsletter.
Giving us personal data is voluntary. Without contact details, we cannot reply to you or take your enquiry further.
5. Why we use personal data, and our legal bases
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to our use of your personal data, we rely on these legal bases:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object (section 9).
6. Who we share personal data with
Service providers that host, store or transmit data for us: our email provider, our website hosting and security provider, and providers of other IT and business services we use.
Business partners, only where a specific enquiry or transaction needs it:
- suppliers and manufacturers;
- inspection, logistics, freight-forwarding and customs service providers;
- banks and insurers;
- professional advisers.
We share only what that step needs. Partners such as banks and logistics providers may also carry out their own compliance checks, including sanctions checks, under the rules that apply to them.
Authorities, courts and others, where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
7. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in different countries depending on the service providers and business partners involved.
8. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including handling enquiries, ongoing business relationships, legal obligations and potential claims. We delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you, and for a copy of it;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- ask us to restrict its use, or object to it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
These rights have conditions and exceptions.
How to exercise your rights. Write to our Privacy Contact, by email at info@gfgs.co or by post to our registered address, shown on our Company Information page. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond within the time limits that apply.

- in the EU: the authority where you live or work, or where you believe the problem occurred;
- in the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office;
- in Hong Kong: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
We do not make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing.
